Khloe Kardashian Defends Blac Chyna From "Twisted" Narrative About Co-Parenting Dream Kardashian

Khloe Kardashian wants you to stop keeping up with conspiracies about her family.
After referring to herself as "more than an aunt" to her 6-year-old niece Dream—who brother Rob Kardashian co-parents with ex Blac Chyna—on the latest episode of The Kardashians, the reality star cleared the air about her comment, saying that it has been "taken out of context or twisted to be something it's not" by some people on the internet.
"I love ALL of my nieces and nephews more than I can express," she began Instagram Stories July 13. "Dream and I are particularly close. My brother and I are extremely close. I am with Dream all the time because I'm with my brother all of the time."
Refuting speculation that Rob, 35, and Chyna, 36, should be more present, the 39-year-old noted "it takes a village to raise a child" and she's proud to "have a family that can lean on one another."
"We are a tribe and all of us will always be there for one another," wrote Khloe, who is mom to daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 11 months, with ex Tristan Thompson. "Life is challenging enough."
Khloe went on to share how Rob and Chyna (born Angela White) are "doing the best" they can "as a parent and in life."
"I am doing the best I can as a parent and in life," Khloe continued. "We are ALL trying to do our best in life. Our children are healthy and happy! Most of all they are LOVED!! LOVED by everyone in our tribe."
She added, "I'm sure the narrative of 'The Kardashians VS Chyna' is more fun to read about but there really is nothing there anymore. We all want to move on from the negativity. The focus is on Dream and her happiness and making sure she feels unconditional love at her mommy's house, her daddy's house and any family members house for that matter. Please stop pinning us against one another."
On the July 13 episode of The Kardashians, Khloe helped Rob throw a butterfly-themed birthday party for Dream. While attending the bash, Scott Disick—who shares kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Kourtney Kardashian—remarked to Khloe that she seems to be "somewhat of a co-parent to Dream," prompting the Good American co-founder to jokingly respond, "Just a third parent."
"The third wheel," Khloe quipped, "like most things in life."
In her Instagram Stories post, Khloe said she hates how "something so sweet as Dream's sixth birthday is getting twisted."
"I consider ALL of my nieces and nephews my babies," she wrote. "I even consider my sisters my babies. I take pride in this love and always have."
